1. DESIGN SERVICES & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1.1 Design Process & Sequence of Work

Our design process follows a structured sequence to protect both client interests and our intellectual property:

  • Step 1-3: Initial consultation (30-60 minutes), brief assessment, meeting notes and a customised one-page concept design scheme

  • Step 4: Awaiting signed agreement and payment

  • Step 5: Design process commences only after agreement and deposit received

All design concepts, creative ideas, layouts, specifications, and recommendations shared by Kolle Interiors remain our exclusive intellectual property until formal engagement through signed agreement and payment. We kindly ask clients to respect our professional expertise by not implementing concepts discussed prior to formal engagement.

Design Agreement Scope: Each Design Agreement will contain a clearly defined project scope that explicitly details what services and deliverables are included and excluded. This ensures complete transparency and prevents misunderstandings about project boundaries.

1.2 Service Packages

We offer four comprehensive design packages:

  1. Introduction to Design (£300-£450 per room)

  2. The Harmony Experience (£300-£450 concept + 15-20% procurement fee)

  3. The Transformation Journey (Quoted individually)

  4. The VISION (For new builds - quoted upon request)

2. PAYMENT TERMS

2.1 Fee Structure

  • Design Professional Fee: 15-20% of total project investment

  • Individual Room Design Concepts: £300-£450 per space

  • White-Glove Delivery & Installation: £120 per hour

  • Project Commencement Deposit: 25-50% of agreed project budget

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Switch, Solo, Delta and Bank Transfer payments

2.3 International Pricing

Prices in € or $ are exclusive of VAT. Local taxes may apply on shipping and will be charged separately.

 3. RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

3.1 Critical 24-Hour Window

Returns must be initiated strictly within 24 hours from delivery date to meet supplier return deadlines.

3.2 Eligible Returns

  • Ready-to-ship accessories

  • Textiles and Homeware Items

  • Select furniture pieces (excluding bespoke items)

  • All items must remain unused, undamaged and in original packaging

3.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Made-to-order and bespoke furnishings

  • Custom-designed pieces and client-specific commissions

  • Used, damaged, or installed items

  • Items altered from original specifications

3.4 Return Process

  1. Contact info@kolle.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Receive return authorisation and instructions

  3. Return items within 48 hours at client expense (unless damaged/faulty)

  4. Damaged/faulty items: Report within 24 hours with clear photo evidence

3.5 Change of Mind Policy

  • Restocking Fee: 20-25% administrative fee

  • Return Window: 24 hours from delivery

  • Condition: Pristine, unused with original packaging

  • Shipping: Client responsibility for return costs

  • Applies exclusively to non-custom furniture or soft furnishings

3.6 Refund Processing

  • Method: Original payment method

  • Delivery Charges: Non-refundable except for damaged/faulty items

  • Timeline: Expedited processing for quality-related issues

4. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

4.1 Timelines

We commit to agreed project timelines and make every effort to deliver as scheduled. However, factors beyond our control (third-party suppliers, specialist craftspeople availability) may occasionally impact dates. We will communicate promptly regarding any delays.

  4.2 Scope Management

When projects evolve beyond the original brief, we schedule strategic planning sessions to:

  • Restructure into clearly defined phases

  • Establish specific deliverables per phase

  • Maintain design cohesion

  • Ensure timely completion without compromising quality

4.3 Cancellation Policy (services only)

  • Within 7 days: Full cancellation rights

5. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

5.1 Bespoke & Handcrafted Items

Bespoke furniture and handcrafted pieces may have minor variations in finish, texture, and dimensions. These natural distinctions are inherent in handmade items and are considered part of their character, not grounds for return.

5.2 Natural Materials

Natural fibres, dye lots, and wood finishes can vary from batch to batch. We recommend ordering multiples simultaneously to ensure production from the same batch.

5.3 Product Portrayal

While we strive for accuracy, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Photographic and publishing processes

  • Individual screen calibrations

  • Natural material variations

6. INSTALLATION & DELIVERY

6.1 White-Glove Service

Professional handling, placement, and styling services at £120 per hour through certified logistics partners.

6.2 International Delivery

Shipping costs for international orders are estimates only. Additional charges such as import duties may apply. We contact all international customers within 7 days to clarify delivery quotes.

7. LEGAL & GENERAL

7.1 Photography Rights

Permission for Kolle Interiors to photograph completed projects for social media and marketing purposes only.

7.2 Data Protection

7.3 Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
