Returns must be initiated strictly within 24 hours from delivery date to meet supplier return deadlines.

Textiles and Homeware Items
Select furniture pieces (excluding bespoke items)
All items must remain unused, undamaged and in original packaging
3.3 Non-Returnable Items
Made-to-order and bespoke furnishings
Custom-designed pieces and client-specific commissions
Used, damaged, or installed items
Items altered from original specifications
3.4 Return Process
Contact info@kolle.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery
Receive return authorisation and instructions
Return items within 48 hours at client expense (unless damaged/faulty)
Damaged/faulty items: Report within 24 hours with clear photo evidence
3.5 Change of Mind Policy
Restocking Fee: 20-25% administrative fee
Return Window: 24 hours from delivery
Condition: Pristine, unused with original packaging
Shipping: Client responsibility for return costs
Applies exclusively to non-custom furniture or soft furnishings
3.6 Refund Processing
Method: Original payment method
Delivery Charges: Non-refundable except for damaged/faulty items
